Santa Cruz Farmers Market Goes to Summer Hours

Tucson's Santa Cruz Farmers Market has now gone to summer hours.  This wonderful market, located at the Mercado San Agustin, is now open Thursdays from 4pm to 7pm, sparing us one hour of searing summer heat.  Along with the arrival of summer come several new and returning vendors including:

Mortgage Interest Rates Hit Three Year Low

More good news for Tucson home buyers (and by extension, Tucson home sellers.)  Mortgage interest rates dropped to a THREE YEAR LOW at the end of last week, with the 30 year fixed rates averaging 3.57%.  And if you want to pay off faster, 15 year rates were averaging 2.81%.
