New Arizona Law Allows Political Signs in HOA Communities...with Limitations

A slew of new Arizona laws take effect today and one in particular affects homeowners in HOA communities. The new law bans home owners associations from prohibiting indoor (I presume in your window) or outdoor political signs.  The new law is subject to certain restrictions...signs cannot go up more than 71 days before an election and must be removed four days after the election.  And of course, you should consult with your own Tucson HOA for details before taking advantage of this new law letting you promote your favorite lawmaker or lawmaker wannabe.
