How Low Can They Go? (yet again)

Last week I blogged about home loan rates hitting a record low.  And I am back this week to report once again...home loan rates hit yet another record low this week.  Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey for the week shows the conventional 30-year fixed rate loan averaged an all-time record low at 4.01 percent.  Wow...

I know people are skeptical of our economy and the housing market right now.  But at some point down the road, a lot of people are going to look back at these loan rates and Tucson house prices and give themselves a little kick.
